As our products are specially prepared for every order, we do not accept returns once an order has been placed. We truly appreciate your understanding and support for handcrafted craftsmanship.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products

While we take utmost care in packaging and quality checks, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, we will be happy to assist you.

To help us review your request smoothly, kindly follow the steps below:

  • Please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order
  • Share clear photos and/or videos of:
  • The product received
  • The outer packaging
  • Any visible damage or defect
  • Include your:
  • Name
  • Order number
  • Date of delivery

Once we receive and review the details shared, our team will guide you on the next steps and provide a suitable resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • Another appropriate resolution, depending on the nature of the concern

Requests raised without adequate photos/videos or beyond the stated reporting window may not be eligible for review.

Important Notes

  • As all products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, finish or detailing are natural and are not considered defects
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear will not qualify for exchange or replacement
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they enter production or dispatch processes
  • International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges
