Nature of Products

Girima Creations offers handcrafted decor and gifting products. Each piece is thoughtfully created, often made to order. As a result, slight variations in colour, finish or detailing may occur. These are inherent to handcrafted processes and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. They shall not be considered defects.

Orders & Payments

All orders must be prepaid via secure payment methods available on the Website (UPI, debit/credit cards via Razorpay)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
All prices are inclusive of applicable GST
Once an order is placed, it enters the production process and cannot be cancelled thereafter
Girima Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping across India and internationally
Complimentary shipping is available on orders above ₹4999 within India
International shipping charges will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the delivery location and order details
Dispatch timelines may vary depending on the nature of the product and level of craftsmanship involved
For international orders, any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges will be the responsibility of the customer

Returns, Exchanges & Damages

All products are made to order; therefore, returns are not accepted
Exchanges are only considered in the rare case of a damaged product
Customers must notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence via email or Instagram
Upon review, we will provide an appropriate resolution
Limited Use of Website

All intellectual property on the Website, including designs, images, text, logos and content, belongs to or is licensed to Girima Creations. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
