Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS, allowing you to track your package throughout its journey.

Shipping Across India & Internationally

We currently offer shipping across India and internationally.
  • Complimentary shipping is available within India on orders above ₹4999
  • International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order details
  • Any customs duties, taxes or import charges applicable on international orders shall be the responsibility of the customer
  • Delays & Delivery Concerns
While we always strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, customs processing or high order volumes during festive periods. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully prepare each order with love and craftsmanship.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or contact details after placing an order, please contact us at the earliest. Address modifications can only be accommodated before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, any additional charges arising due to address changes or re-delivery requests may need to be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with:
